Work closely with management in assessing training/development requirements and consult with the customer in order to manage expectations and consistently manage company standards.
-Observe and maximise Staffs abilities and their awareness of latest trends.
-Analyses Customer Service skill levels.
-Make regular visits to service counters to work alongside Staff
-Spend time in the field, developing and updating the staff with all skills and levels.
-Set standards of professionalism and customer service by personal example.

Salon and Beauty.
Responsible for managing the core training function and the coordination and delivery of development activities within assigned remit.
-Must have Salon/health & Beauty background
-Be able to create learning development strategies
-Beauty background is essential
-Train large teams
-Salon experience preferred
-Develop content of programs to meet the needs of the staff development
-Develop educational initiatives primarily to Retail Employees
